It’s Nice to Wake Up…

…and walk outside to see these four lovely things waiting for you. 😀

Furry balls of energy.

They always make my day brighter. What makes your day brighter?

More inspiration to all writers! Let’s do what we love!

The Irony for a Simple Writer…

It’s so nerve-wrecking when you have a great idea, scene, or plot point in your mind and just as you grab a pencil and paper the idea fades away. This happens a lot even when I have the things I need right in front of me. Then, when I’m off doing something else, the idea pops back in my head and it disappears again. It’s silly I know, but also sometimes a bother.

What do you do when this happens?

Do you have a technique or a method to help keep those ideas from running away?

I really think my muse likes to play tricks with me and dangle the ideas over my head before she really gives it to me. It does get me thinking more, but also slightly frustrated.

Time to get back to writing.

I’ve Got Another Idea!

I’m gonna start a new project, I think. I’m feeling very excited. My muse is awake and buzzing with ideas, while it’s letting my first project, the novel series, ‘bake’ for a while in my head. I can’t wait to get started. Hopefully, I’ll be able to use all the great comments and information everyone’s been giving me. 😀

I’m wishing all my fellow writers out there the best and may your muses be alive and filled with brilliant ideas!

Write. Write. Write.

What do you do?

What do you do when you have an amazing plot thought out and you realize there are a lot of holes in it, but you can’t think of anything to fill them in?

I feel worried because I don’t know what to do. I know it’s silly and my muse has been working so hard. I hope my muse gets back on track, but she can rest a little while longer.

What gets your muse going?

Where do you guys find the most inspiration?

Do you have a special place?

Again with the questions…

It’s Heart’s Day!

Well, it is already in my part of the world (in the Philippines)…

But for some it is just another Tuesday…

Saint Valentine’s Day, commonly shortened to Valentine’s Day, is a holiday observed on February 14 honoring one or more early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine. It was first established by Pope Gelasius I in 496 AD, and was later deleted from the General Roman Calendar of saints in 1969 by Pope Paul VI.

The day first became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. By the 15th century, it had evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as “valentines”).

Is today the day when our muses decide to play?

May this day inspire romance writers!

Have a great Valentine’s Day!
